The Full-Size Steamtable Pan Rack is designed especially for 12×20 steam tables or hotel pans. These racks are ideal for transporting multiple pans and products between the kitchen, holding, serving, and bussing. Suitable for hot and cold applications, these racks are beneficial for preparing large amounts of food.

- Guides are completely welded, vertically and horizontally, providing maximum strength and eliminating cracks and crevices that trap dirt
- Gussets are 1 ½ x 1 ½ x 5/8 thick angle. Securely welded to the bottom of the inside angle, where horizontal cross braces meet vertical uprights
- Model 1501 and 1505: Equipped with four 5-stem type swivel casters
